Ndidi scored the Foxes fourth goal of the game five minutes before the hour mark with Zambia international Patson Daka providing the assist.
The 26-year-old has now been directly involved in 10 goals for club and country this season.
The Nigeria international was replaced by Dennis Praet in the 69th minute of the game.
His international teammate, Kelechi Iheanacho failed to make Leicester City’s matchday squad.
Leicester City maintain top spot on the Championship table with 49 points from 20 games.
