Fubara Should Use The Full Weight Of His Executive Powers To Run Wike Out Of Town

Bwala used his X (formerly Twitter) account to highlight that Governor Fubara is the state's elected executive governor and chief security officer in reaction to the unrest in Rivers State. In order to protect President Bola Tinubu's government's credibility both domestically and internationally, he pleaded with Tinubu to fire FCT Minister Wike.

Bwala wrote, “Sim Fubara should use the full weight of his executive powers to run Wike out of town. Our democracy does not recognize authoritarianism."

“The person voted as the executive governor and chief security officer of Rivers State is Fubara. President Tinubu is urged to be extremely careful with Wike before he ruins his government’s image both locally and internationally. President Tinubu should sack Wike without delay.”
